Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add bacon to pan and cook for 2 minutes each side until cooked and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel.
Step 2 of 2
Spread bagel bases with aioli, then layer with lettuce, tomato and bacon. Sandwich with bagel tops. Serve.
