  • 500grams Woolworths pork loin steaks
  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 150grams Maggi smoky BBQ bowls
  • 450grams SunRice Microwave Mexican-style rice
  • 200grams Woolworths classic coleslaw
  • 2 spring onions, sliced

Description

Shake up Mexican night with this budget-friendly smoky pork and rice bowl. It's on the table fast and packed with flavour.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Slice pork into strips. Place pork into a large bowl. Pour over Maggi marinade sachet and stir to coat. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add marinated pork. Cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring frequently, or until cooked through and caramelised. Set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Heat rice according to packet instructions.

Step 4 of 4

Divide rice, slaw and pork slices among bowls. Drizzle with Maggi paprika sachet. Sprinkle with onion. Serve.
