  • 30grams Old El Paso taco spice mix
  • 1packets Old El Paso jumbo tortillas (6 pack)
  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Hass avocado, sliced

Description

These hearty beef burritos loaded with your favourite toppings will change your life. Plus, they're easy on the wallet.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Drain corn well. Place on a plate lined with paper towel and pat dry. Add corn to pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally or until lightly charred. Transfer to a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

In the same pan, heat oil. Add mince and cook, breaking up mince with a wooden spoon, for 8 minutes or until browned. Add spice mix and 1/4 cup water and stir well. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, place a greased chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook tortillas, in batches, for 15 seconds on each side, or until slightly charred and heated. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.

Step 4 of 4

Place tortillas on a board. Top with cabbage, mince, avocado and corn. Fold sides over the filling, then fold up bottom and roll to form a burrito. Serve.
