Description

Think tender beef with crunchy coleslaw wrapped in a fluffy tortilla. Follow this easy recipe to have tasty tortilla pockets in your hands in 20 minutes.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil in a large frying pan over high heat. Add mince and cook, breaking up lumps with a wooden spoon, for 8 minutes or until well browned.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, prepare coleslaw according to packet instructions. Warm tortillas according to packet instructions. Wrap tortillas in foil to keep warm and set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Reduce heat to medium. Add spice mix and 3/4 cup water, stirring to combine. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.

Step 4 of 4

Fill tortillas with mince mixture and a little coleslaw. Serve with remaining coleslaw.
