Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add sesame seeds and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until seeds are toasted and golden. Transfer to a small bowl.

Heat 1 tbs vegetable oil in same pan over medium heat. Cook kebabs, turning, for 12 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Meanwhile, heat rice according to packet instructions. Transfer to a heatproof bowl and add three-quarters of the sesame seeds. Stir to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Prepare salad according to packet instructions. Divide rice and salad among plates. Top with skewers and sprinkle with remaining sesame seeds. Serve.
