  • 200grams thin crust pizza bases
  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Devondale 3 cheese blend
  • 120grams D'orsogna Ham Leg Shaved
  • 1/2 red capsicum, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small yellow capsicum, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mixed olives, pitted and halved
  • basil pesto (to serve)
  • 2tablespoons basil leaves (to serve)

Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place pizza bases on trays.

Step 2 of 3

Spread sauce evenly over bases. Scatter over half the cheese. Divide ham, capsicums, onion and olives among bases. Scatter over remaining cheese.

Step 3 of 3

Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is golden and bases are crisp. Serve drizzled with pesto and topped with basil.
