- 1 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt
- 1 cup shredded pizza cheese
- 200grams Solanato tomatoes (halved)

Description
There’s no rising time with this easy Margherita pizza recipe! Simply create the base using two ingredients and get the family to add their own toppings.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced and line two baking trays with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Combine flour and yoghurt in a large bowl with a pinch of salt. Using clean hands, mix ingredients until a shaggy dough forms.
Step 3 of 4
Dust a clean work surface with flour, turn out dough and knead until smooth, then form into a ball. Halve ball of dough, then roll each half out to approximately 20cm rounds.
Step 4 of 4
Place rounds on tray, then spread with sauce and scatter over cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until dough is cooked through. Top with fresh tomatoes and basil to garnish.
