After a cheese toastie with a twist? Try this easy kimchi cheese toastie – it's an unexpected flavour combo that works a treat!
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat a sandwich press.
Step 2 of 3
Place bread on a chopping board. Spread half the mayonnaise over bread slices. Top 2 bread slices with half of each cheese, then kimchi, half the chives and remaining cheeses. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, mayonnaise-side down. Spread sandwich tops with half of the remaining mayonnaise. Turn sandwiches over and spread bread slices with remaining mayonnaise.
Step 3 of 3
Place sandwiches in sandwich press and cook for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is golden brown and toasted. Serve toasties scattered with remaining chives and drizzled with honey.
