Method

Step 1 of 3

Pan fry the halloumi sticks on a medium heat with the olive oil for 5 minutes while turning throughout.

While these are cooking, mix the mayonnaise and harissa together and set aside.

Step 3 of 3

Serve the cooked halloumi fries with the harissa mayonnaise and black pepper to taste.
