- 150grams pecans
- 4tablespoons caster sugar

Description
A lovely combination of deep blue cheese flavour with the sweet and crunchy pecans.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Pre-heat the oven to 170°C. Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and fry caster sugar for 2 minutes or until it starts to caramelise.
Step 2 of 3
Toss the pecans in the caramelised sugar and then place them on a baking tray.
Step 3 of 3
Bake in the oven for 6 minutes and then serve with sesame seed crackers, blue cheese and a choice of condiments.
