Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Step 2 of 5

Finely chop onion, bacon, and tomato. Mix in crumbled cheese.

Carefully remove mushroom stalks. Lightly spray or brush top of mushrooms with oil. Place on oven tray with baking paper.

Firmly press filling onto mushrooms.
