- 20grams butter, soft
- 1tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 100grams leg ham, sliced
- 4 slice sourdough bread
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 80grams brie, thinly sliced
Description
Try our delicious toasties recipe! Our toasties are made with freshly sliced bread, melted cheese, and your favourite toppings. Enjoy this perfect snack!
Method
Step 1 of 2
Spread two slices of the bread with cranberry sauce. Top with ham, cheese and spinach. Season with pepper. Sandwich with remaining bread slices, pressing down firmly. Spread top side of the sandwiches with butter.
Step 2 of 2
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Place sandwiches, buttered sides down, into pan and cook for 2 minutes or until golden. Spread tops of sandwiches with remaining butter. Turn and cook for 2 minutes or until golden. Cut in half and serve.
