Method

Step 1 of 2

Preheat oven to 160°C. Meanwhile slice bread in half, spread tomato sauce or pizza sauce or bbq sauce of your choice. Spread a little mozzarella then onion, ham, mushroom, chopped tomatoes, topped it up with more mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with smoky bbq herb and spices and a little cayenne pepper to add zing.

Put in the oven for 5-8 min. or until it is cooked thru but not burn the bread. Cool a couple mins before indulging so as not to burn your mouth and tongue. Enjoy!
