  • 8 slice white bread, thick cut
  • 8 slice tasty natural cheese
  • 4tablespoons spreadable original soft butter
  • 1 1/3 cup easy bolognese sauce

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat a jaffle maker. If using leftover Bolognese sauce, warm slightly in your microwave.

Step 2 of 4

Spread each piece of bread on both sides with butter.

Step 3 of 4

Divide mixture evenly, top 4 slices of bread with the Bolognese sauce, spreading out leaving a 1cm border. Top each sandwich with 2 cheese slices, and then top with the remaining bread.

Step 4 of 4

Cooking in two batches, place Bolognese-filled bread into the jaffle maker and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and toasted. Serve with a side salad, if liked.
