  • 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1/2teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/2teaspoons garlic powder
  • 800grams Macro free range wing nibbles
  • 3/4 cup hot pepper sauce
  • 1 peach, halved, destoned, cut into chunks
  • 80grams butter, melted
  • celery sticks (to serve)
  • ranch salad dressing (to serve)

Description

Sticky, sweet and moreish chicken! This buffalo wings recipe with fresh peach and a kick of cayenne will have your family begging for more!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with foil and lightly spray with oil.

Step 2 of 4

Combine flour, cayenne pepper, garlic powder and 1/2 tsp salt in a large bowl. Add chicken and toss to coat. Arrange on tray, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3 of 4

Process sauce and peach in a food processor until smooth. Add butter and blend until just combined. Transfer to a bowl, reserving 1/4 cup peach mixture.

Step 4 of 4

Dip chicken, one at a time, in peach mixture to lightly coat, then return to tray. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway, or until chicken is cooked through. Brush chicken with reserved peach mixture, then bake for a further 10 minutes or until golden and sticky. Serve with celery and ranch dressing.
