- 2tablespoons rum
- 200grams white chocolate
- 50grams white chocolate
- 80grams pistachios
- 395grams sweetened condensed milk

Method
Step 1 of 3
Blitz together white chocolate, pistachios and biscuits in a food processor until a fine crumb forms. Add condensed milk and rum (if using) and pulse to combine. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm.

Use clean hands to roll tablespoons of mixture into balls, then toss in finely crushed pistachios to coat.
Step 3 of 3
Melt chocolate in microwave in 20 second intervals or until smooth. Drizzle balls with melted chocolate. Allow to set, then store in an airtight container in the fridge.
