- 395grams Nestle sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 2tablespoons Buckeye Dark Rum
- 290grams Nestle Bakers' Choice Milk Choc Melts
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil

Method
Step 1 of 2
Using a food processor; process biscuits until crumbs form. Add Nestle sweetened condensed milk, rum and 1 cup coconut. Process well to combine. Transfer to a bowl. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until mixture is slightly firm.
Step 2 of 2
Place Nestle milk choc melts and oil in a microwave-safe bowl; microwave uncovered on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute; stir. Repeat process in 30 second intervals until melted and smooth. Using two forks; dip balls into melted choc mixture. Place on trays lined with baking paper. Set aside for 1 minute, then sprinkle with remaining coconut. Stand for 30 mins or until set. Serve.
