Description

Whip up a batch of these no-fuss chocolate truffles using only five ingredients and serve them with tea and coffee after your Christmas feast.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place chocolate and salt in a heatproof bowl. Place cream in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove pan from heat. Pour cream over chocolate mixture in bowl. Stand for 5 minutes. Stir until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and combined

Step 2 of 3

Gradually stir oil into chocolate mixture until thick and glossy. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until just firm.

Step 3 of 3

Place cocoa in a shallow dish. Line a tray with baking paper. Roll 1 level tbs chocolate mixture into a ball. Transfer to cocoa and roll to coat. Transfer to tray. Repeat with remaining chocolate mixture and cocoa. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm, then serve.
