- 200milliliter thickened cream
- 100grams Oreo biscuits
- 2teaspoons vegetable oil
- 180grams Cadbury baking white chocolate
- 2 Cadbury white chocolate melts

Method
Step 1 of 9
Place chocolate Melts and cream in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for 2 minutes, or until melted.

Stir well to combine. Leave it to cool.

When cool, mix through three quarters of the Oreos, reserving some for decorating.
Step 4 of 9
Pour into a flat container (a plastic takeaway container is ideal) and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Scoop into small balls and place onto a lined tray. Return to refrigerator to firm.

Melt white baking chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on medium heat for 2 minutes.

Stir in oil and mix well.

Coat each ball in melted chocolate, using 2 forks for lifting.
Step 9 of 9
Place balls on lined baking tray, scatter over the remaining crushed Oreos and leave to set.
