  • 1/2 iced chocolate mud cake (approx. 320g)
  • 200grams glacé cherries
  • 2tablespoons chocolate sprinkles (to decorate)
  • 2tablespoons cream cheese, soft
  • 200grams white chocolate melts

Method

Step 1 of 3

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Crumble the iced cake into a bowl. Add frosting or cream cheese and stir well to combine until the mix holds together, adding more if necessary.

Step 2 of 3

Roll into walnut-sized balls. Press a cherry into the centre of each and re-roll. Place onto prepared tray and freeze for 30 minutes.

Step 3 of 3

Melt chocolate melts in a small bowl. Dip each ball into the chocolate to coat, allowing excess to drain off. Decorate with sprinkles and place back onto the tray to set.
