- 600grams Woolworths chocolate mud cake
- 79grams mini Oreo original cookies
- 100grams Cadbury milk chocolate, melted
Description
Treat loved ones to decadent Oreo mud cake truffles.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place mud cake in a large bowl. Using hands, break up cake and combine into a soft dough.
Step 2 of 3
Using damp hands, roll mixture into 8 balls. Flatten balls slightly, top with a cookie, then reshape into a ball. Place on prepared tray.
Step 3 of 3
Drizzle truffles with melted chocolate, then top with remaining cookies. Allow to set. Serve.
