  • 600grams Woolworths chocolate mud cake
  • 1/4 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 100grams white chocolate, broken into pieces

Description

Take a Woolworths chocolate mud cake, add two more ingredients and create a batch of decadent truffles. It doesn't get easier than this dessert recipe.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Place cake in a large bowl. Using a wooden spoon or potato masher, break up cake until coarsely crumbled.

Step 2 of 4

Stir chocolate-hazelnut spread into cake crumbs until combined.

Step 3 of 4

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll level tablespoonfuls of cake mixture into balls to make a total of 24 truffles. Place on tray and freeze for 15 minutes or until just firm.

Step 4 of 4

Meanwhile, place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring halfway, or until melted. Drizzle chocolate over truffles. Freeze for 5 minutes or until chocolate has set. Serve.
