Vanilla Buttercream
- 250grams unsalted butter, softened
- 500grams pure icing sugar
- 2teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 24 Woolworths cinnamon donuts
- 125grams strawberries, hulled, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel dulce de leche

Method
Step 1 of 3
To make the vanilla buttercream, using an electric mixer, beat butter on medium speed in a large bowl until pale and creamy. Reduce speed to low and gradually add icing sugar, beating well between additions. Add vanilla and beat on high speed for 2 minutes or until light and creamy.
Step 2 of 3
Using the picture as a guide, assemble tree by layering donuts and vanilla buttercream.
Step 3 of 3
Scatter over strawberries and serve drizzled with caramel.
