  • 375grams raspberries
  • 1/3 cup pistachios kernels, roughly chopped
  • 50grams Woolworths vanilla mini meringues, roughly crushed

Method

Step 1 of 2

Combine yoghurt, honey, rosewater and vanilla in a medium bowl.

Step 2 of 2

Layer half each of the yoghurt mixture, raspberries, pistachios and meringue into 6 x 1 1/2-cup capacity glasses. Repeat with remaining yoghurt mixture, raspberries, pistachios and meringue. Serve.
