  • 225grams pineapple pieces in natural juice, chilled
  • 2 large mangoes
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 small orange, peeled, chopped

Method

Step 1 of 2

Cut cheeks from mangoes and scoop flesh into a food processor or blender. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Transfer to a shallow container, cover with lid or plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.

Step 2 of 2

Scoop mixture into a food processor and process until smooth. Re-freeze for 2 hours. To serve, scoop into glasses and serve immediately.
