- 1L honey macadamia ice-cream
- 1/3 cup macadamia nuts, toasted

Description
Celebrate summer with sweet, juicy chargrilled nectarines topped with ice-cream, crunchy macadamia and a drizzle of honey.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Brush nectarines all over with oil. Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until charred.
Step 2 of 3
Place honey, vanilla and lemon juice in a small microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 20 seconds.
Step 3 of 3
Top nectarines with ice-cream, and serve drizzled with honey mixture and scattered with macadamias.
