Description
Perfect on porridge or pancakes, these roasted spiced strawberries are a great way to use up overripe strawberries.
Method
Step 1 of 1
Preheat oven to 190°C/170°C fan-forced. Place all the ingredients in a small baking dish and toss to coat. Bake for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking, or until strawberries have softened and caramelised slightly. Serve.
