  • 2 punnet strawberries
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 200grams dark chocolate, chopped
  • 200grams milk chocolate, chopped
  • 10 sponge finger biscuits
  • 10-20 marshmallows

Step 1 of 2

Combine both chocolates and cream in a saucepan. Stir over medium-low heat until melted, smooth and glossy.

Step 2 of 2

Heat a thermos with boiling water, replace top and stand for 5 minutes. Discard water and dry thermos well. Fill thermos with chocolate sauce. Slice bananas and drizzle with lime juice. Arrange fruit, marshmallows and biscuits on a platter. Serve with chocolate dipping sauce.
