  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes, toasted
  • 180grams 70% dark cooking chocolate

Description

A satisfying choc fix that's better than store bought!

Method

Step 1 of 6

Simply blend the cashews and coconut flakes in a blender or food processor, then set aside

Step 2 of 6

Melt chocolate in a glass dome dish set into a small pan filled with water. You could use the microwave if you prefer.

Step 3 of 6

Once the chocolate is all melted take off the heat. Add the dry mixture (cashews and coconut) to the melted chocolate. Mix thoroughly.

Step 4 of 6

Layer a small loaf tin with baking paper or use silicone moulds designed for chocolate making.

Step 5 of 6

If you're using the tin loaf.simply add the mixture to he tin with a spatula and flatten down evenly.

Step 6 of 6

Place your chocolate into the fridge to set. Once set cut with a sharp knife or remove from the moulds, if using the silicone moulds. Enjoy.
