Description
Make this easy honeycomb as a gift, a treat for afternoon tea or to use in brownies, cookies or as a cake topping.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Measure out caster sugar and golden syrup in a saucepan. Place measured bicarb in a container.
Step 2 of 3
Line a tin. Have a whisk and bicarb ready. Turn saucepan on low melt sugar and golden syrup, Turn heat up and boil until colour changes to a light amber shade (around 2-3 mins).
Step 3 of 3
Turn off add bicarb whisk, quickly pour into lined dish. Be super careful this is very hot. Let cool and enjoy.
