Flatten out a small and a large paper muffin case and lay on top of a paper doily. Push a bamboo skewerthrough a marshmallow, then through the 3 paper layers and lastly into a Woolworths Mini Iced Cupcake (available in pk6, pk9 or pk24). Display flowers in jars or push skewers into polystyrene.
