- icing sugar (to decorate)
- 2 meringue nests
- 3 M&M's
- 2 white marshmallows
- 2 striped hard lollies
- 700grams baked vanilla cheesecake
- 1 candy cane
- 3 candy sour strawberry straps
- 3 candy sour rainbow straps
Method
Step 1 of 6
Using an 8cm-round cutter, cut a curved piece from the top of the cheesecake. Transfer the larger piece to a platter to use as snowman’s body.
Step 2 of 6
Place a pavlova into position to make a head. Cut the remaining pavlova in half for a hat. Cut strawberry straps to cover hat. Cut a small piece for the mouth.

Cut rainbow straps to desired length for scarf. Cut ends using scissors to make fringes. Twist a length and wrap around neck.
Step 4 of 6
Position M&M’s for eyes and nose, and lollies as buttons on body. Lay a candy cane across body.
Step 5 of 6
For hat pompom, stack marshmallows on top of each other, and top with a lolly.

Dust with icing sugar and add a few lollies around the snowman.
