  • 200grams Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 145grams Nestle bakers choice dark choc melts
  • 1/4 cup Pura Pure Cream
  • 20grams unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup plain flour
  • 1 1/2teaspoons Mckenzie's Baking Powder
  • 2/3 cup caster sugar
  • 145grams Nestle bakers choice dark choc melts, melted
  • 125grams unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 eggs

Method

Step 1 of 5

Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line a 12-hole, 1/3-cup capacity muffin pan with paper cases.

Step 2 of 5

Using an electric mixer, beat flour, baking powder, sugar, choc melts, butter, milk and eggs on low speed until combined. Increase speed to medium and beat for 3 minutes or until mixture turns pale. Spoon mixture evenly among cases.

Step 3 of 5

Bake for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into centres of cupcakes comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Step 4 of 5

To make the frosting, place milk, choc melts, cream and butter in a medium saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring continuously, until melted and combined. Transfer to a bowl and chill in fridge until thickened.

Step 5 of 5

Using an electric mixer, beat frosting for 5 minutes or until light and fluffy. Spread frosting over cupcakes. Decorate with pretzels for antlers, Smarties for eyes and Jaffas for noses.
