  • 3 chocolate flake bars, crumbled
  • 200grams glacé cherries
  • 2 cup marshmallows mini assorted

Method

Step 1 of 3

Soften 2 litres vanilla ice-cream by leaving out of the freezer for 15 minutes. Line 8 individual pudding moulds with plastic wrap.

Step 2 of 3

Chop 2 cups marshmallows mini assorted and red glacé cherries and 3 crumbled chocolate flake bars and carefully fold through ice-cream. Spoon into moulds, pressing in firmly.

Step 3 of 3

Freeze puddings for 2 hours or overnight until firm. Using the plastic, lift puddings from the moulds. Place on serving plates and remove plastic wrap. Top with extra glace cherries.
