- 2-4 drops pink food colouring
- dark chocolate, melted
- thickened cream
- Raspberry sweet
- Prepared white icing
- Vanilla Cupcake mix
Method
Step 1 of 4
Prepare and bake vanilla cupcake mix following packet instructions.
Step 2 of 4
When completely cold, tint some prepared white icing with pink food colour.
Step 3 of 4
Roll out to 3mm thick and cut out rounds using a fluted cutter.
Step 4 of 4
Place on top of cupcakes and decorate with a melted dark chocolate, cream and a raspberry sweet.
