- 1 passionfruit
- 4 scoop fruit sorbet
- 1 cup leftover sponge cake, cut into 1.5 cm pieces

Heat butter in a small frying pan over medium-low heat until melted.
Step 2 of 3
Add cake pieces and cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until just golden. Transfer to paper towel to drain.

Divide sorbet between 2 sundae glasses. Arrange toasted cake on top, drizzle with passionfruit pulp and top with strawberry slices to serve.
