Description
This delicious ice cream cake has the warmth of ginger and the bitterness of chocolate.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Place the crushed nuts on a baking tray and toast for 3 minutes. Remove from the heat set to one side in a bowl.
Step 2 of 4
Combine the ice cream with the chocolate chips and re-freeze if the ice cream is too soft.
Step 3 of 4
Divide the ice cream into 4 and press 1 section between 2 biscuits until the ice cream starts to overlap the edges.
Step 4 of 4
Now roll the sandwich into the toasted nuts around the edges before serving.
