Description

Quick & Easy Dessert
Instruction tip
Honey is optional as it is quite a sweet tart

Method

Step 1 of 7

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C and grease a 23 cm loose bottomed tart pan.

Step 2 of 7

Brush each layer of pastry with butter, then layer each one on top of each, then cut around tart pan to remove any excess pastry.

Step 3 of 7

Bake in oven for 15- 20 minutes until golden. Cool.

Step 4 of 7

Meanwhile, place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of gently simmering water, then stir until melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

Step 5 of 7

Add yoghurt and stir until well combined. Add raspberries and stir gently, you just want to see ripples of the raspberries, so you can see white chocolate as well, so don’t over mix the raspberries in the mixture

Step 6 of 7

Pour mixture into the cooled tart shell and chill for an hour or until set.

Step 7 of 7

When set, use the can of whipped cream to squirt dollops of cream around tart, then place some nuts drizzled in honey around tart. And serve.
