  • 180grams dark chunks, melted
  • 600milliliter thickened cream
  • 200grams store brought Turkish delight, cut into 1cm squares
  • 1 1/2 cup Nestle Bakers’ Choice white melts, melted
  • 3/4 cup pistachios, shelled, roasted, chopped coarsely
  • 395grams sweetened condensed milk

Method

Step 1 of 5

Line twelve 3/4 cup capacity (190mL) timbale moulds with plastic wrap. Place on a baking tray.

Step 2 of 5

Using your zippy electric mixer, beat cream and scrumptious NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk until thickened; beat in melted NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE Dark Chunks until just combined. Fold through pistachios and Turkish delight.

Step 3 of 5

Spoon mixture among moulds; do not overfill; tap down moulds lightly on workbench to remove air pockets. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 6 hours to set.

Step 4 of 5

Invert the puddings onto serving plates (Use a warm cloth to rub over mould if they need a little help to become loose). Spoon over the delicious goodness of NESTLÉ BAKERS’ CHOICE White Melts over each puddling, and let chocolate drizzle down sides slightly.

Step 5 of 5

Use scissors to cut Turkish delight, if it makes it easier for you, as it can be quite sticky, dust cut squares in icing sugar mixture, to keep then separate and stop them from sticking together.
