Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2 of 4

Lightly grease 4 shallow ovenproof dishes. Divide 2 cups mixed berries between dishes. Place onto a baking tray.

Step 3 of 4

Whisk eggs, cream and vanilla together. Combine plain flour and caster sugar in a bowl. Gradually whisk in cream mixture until smooth. Spoon mixture over berries.

Step 4 of 4

Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Serve.
