- 1/2 rockmelon
- 3 passionfruits
- 2tablespoons honey
- 1 red grapefruit
- 3 tangelos
- 2 cup vanilla-flavoured yoghurt

Method
Step 1 of 5
Peel tangelos and separate segments. Roughly cut each into thirds, discarding any pips. Place into a bowl.
Step 2 of 5
Cut peel and white pith from grapefruit. Cut down both sides of membranes and remove segments, allowing any juices to be caught in the bowl. Halve segments and add to bowl.
Step 3 of 5
Scoop out seeds from rockmelon, peel and dice. Combine in bowl with other fruit
Step 4 of 5
Stir honey into yoghurt and add any juices from the prepared fruit.
Step 5 of 5
Spoon fruit into serving glasses, top with yoghurt and passionfruit pulp.
