- 125grams white chocolate, plus extra to grate (optional)
- 1/2 cup double cream or whipping cream

Method
Step 1 of 2
Divide the berries among 4 serving bowls. Break the chocolate into pieces and place in a pan with the cream. Slowly bring almost to the boil, stirring continuously until the chocolate has melted and is well combined.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the frozen berries and serve topped with grated white chocolate, if you wish.
