  • 4 medium pears, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2 bottles Woolworths buttermilk pancake shaker
  • 1 1/2 jar choc hazelnut spread

Method

Step 1 of 3

Prepare pancake mix following packet instructions. Pour into a large bowl, add cocoa and whisk until combined.

Step 2 of 3

Pour a scoop of batter into a non-stick pan over low heat. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for a further 10 seconds. Set aside on a plate to cool. Repeat with remaining batter.

Step 3 of 3

Spread cooled pancakes with choc hazelnut spread. Form pancakes into a stack, layering with pear slices and strawberries, reserving a handful of fruit to top. Serve.
