- 1 box Nanna’s Waffles
- 4 ripe bananas
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 4tablespoons almond butter
- 1 cup green grapes

Method
Step 1 of 5
Place frozen bananas and almond butter in a food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape the sides if necessary.
Step 2 of 5
Once smooth, pour into a container and return to freezer to firm up for 30 minutes.
Step 3 of 5
Remove waffles from freezer and cut into single pieces. Toast for 2 minutes, until just golden.
Step 4 of 5
To serve, place 2-3 waffles on each plate. Remove banana ‘ice-cream’ from the freezer.
Step 5 of 5
Top waffle stacks with sliced kiwi fruit, grapes and a scoop of your delicious banana ‘ice-cream’.
