- 350grams White Wings original pancakes shaker
- 500grams OOB organic frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup CSR golden syrup
- 1L vanilla bean ice-cream
- 90grams butter (40g, melted and 50g cubed)
- 2/3 cup thickened cream

Method
Step 1 of 4
To make the golden syrup caramel sauce, place all the ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Boil for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Remove pan from heat and set aside to cool completely.
Step 2 of 4
Place ice-cream in a large bowl, reserving tub. Stand for 10 minutes or until softened. Drizzle over 2 tbs sauce, reserving remainder in fridge. Fold until just combined and return to tub. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Make pancakes according to packet instructions, using butter. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
Step 4 of 4
Place berries in a heatproof bowl. Cover with warm water and stand for 1 minute or until thawed. Drain and rinse well. Stack pancakes on plates and top with berries, ice-cream and drizzle with remaining sauce.
