A creamy cake with a deliciously soft sponge with the fresh taste of banana.

Method

Step 1 of 6

Get a suitable size bowl that is suitable for freezing also.

Step 2 of 6

Lightly sprinkle some water around the inside of the bowl and then cover the entire inside of the bowl with cling film.

Step 3 of 6

Place the sliced pannetone at the base of the bowl and around the edges, keeping some aside for the top.

Step 4 of 6

Now layer the ice cream with the mashed banana through the center in whichever style you would like.

Step 5 of 6

Now push the ingredients down hard and cover the top with the rest of the pannetone.

Step 6 of 6

Now cover the top with cling film and freeze for 3 hours before serving with whipped cream.
