- 90grams caster sugar
- 150grams plain flour
- 1/2teaspoons baking powder
- 1tablespoons dried lavender
- 30grams flaked almonds
- 100grams white chocolate (optional)

Description
I use dried lavender from my garden for this recipe.
Method
Step 1 of 6
Beat butter and sugar in a bowl.
Step 2 of 6
Preheat oven to 150'C. Line oven trays with baking paper.
Step 3 of 6
Mix in other dry ingredients (except chocolate). Mix until well combined.
Step 4 of 6
Form teaspoon full of mix into a ball. Place on oven tray and flatten.
Step 5 of 6
Cook at 150'C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Step 6 of 6
Optional: Melt chocolate in 30 second bursts in the microwave. Once melted, dip biscuit in the chocolate and then place on baking paper to set.
