- 150grams dark chocolate melts
- 1/3 cup cream
- 500grams vanilla ice-cream
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tub chocolate ice-cream, softened
- 3 chocolate waffle cones, crushed & 3 vanilla waffle cones, crush
- 2tablespoons honey
Method
Step 1 of 4
Line a 20x10cm loaf pan with baking paper, leaving sides to overhang. Scatter chocolate cone over base. Scoop vanilla ice-cream into a bowl and leave to soften for about 5 minutes. Stir in peanut butter and honey, and roughly mix through. Transfer to loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes.
Step 2 of 4
Scatter crushed vanilla cone over vanilla ice-cream mixture. Then top with chocolate ice-cream and smooth surface. Refreeze for 4 hours or until firm.
Step 3 of 4
Wipe outside of pan with a hot, wet cloth, then loosen by lifting the paper. Invert onto a serving plate and remove paper. Return to freezer.
Step 4 of 4
Stir chocolate and cream in a small saucepan over low heat until melted and combined. Cool for 10 minutes. Spoon sauce over ice-cream and serve.
