3 Ingredients
- 250grams milk coffee biscuits
- 300grams ready to roll white icing (save 60g ready to roll white icing for decorating)
- red writing icing
Method
Step 1 of 4
Wrap ready to roll white icing tightly in plastic and set aside.
Step 2 of 4
Roll out a further 240g ready to roll white icing following packet instructions until 3mm thick, then use a small sharp knife and a ruler to cut thirty 4x7.5cm panels from it.
Step 3 of 4
Add 2-3 drops of pink food colouring to the reserved icing and knead it well for even colour, then roll it out until 3mm thick. Use cutters in the shape of an ace, a spade, a heart and a diamond (or use a small sharp knife) to cut out shapes from the icing.
Step 4 of 4
Press shapes onto white icing panels and then place onto the contents of the milk coffee biscuits. Use red writing icing to write letters on each card, e.g. ‘A’ for ace cards.
