  • 200grams pretzels twists
  • 2L vanilla icecream
  • 190grams sprinkles 100s & 1000s
  • 500grams sponge roll honey
  • 200grams honeycomb
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 200grams baking white chocolate block

Method

Step 1 of 8

Allow tub of vanilla to soften slightly

Step 2 of 8

Then gently mix with chopped honeycomb and salted caramel sauce. Do not over-mix.

Step 3 of 8

Spoon the mixture into a 2L bowl or pudding basin which has been lined with plastic wrap.

Step 4 of 8

Slice the honey sponge roll into 1cm thick slices and place over the top of the ice cream, forming a base.

Cover the bowl and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm, or overnight

Un-mould the bombe onto a serving plate, remove plastic wrap and pour over melted white chocolate.

Step 7 of 8

Before the chocolate sets, decorate with your choice of sprinkles & other festive treats.

Serve immediately or return to freezer.
